Bruce Vittner, a co-founder of the Golf Travel Writers of America in 2004, is the former publisher/editor of Southern New England Golfer, which for 29 years was a printed magazine circulated throughout Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island. In 2019, the magazine later became a strictly online publication emailed to 150,000 golfers, mostly in southern New England.
Bruce has been a member of the Golf Writers Association of America since 1994 and the International Network of Golf since 1995. An award-winning sports writer for the National Guard, he has written more than 300 travel stories covering 30 states and seven countries.
