As Denver’s closest golf resort, The Inverness Hotel & Golf Club is located south of the city at I-25 and County Line Road.
The course was designed by Press Maxwell in 1974 and was a popular private course long before the hotel was built.
The 6,889-yard course plays to a par 70 and tough enough to have hosted the Colorado Open for several years. Additionally, the Colorado Section PGA Championships and Colorado’s first two Celebrity Tour events were played there. All the state golf associations have held their annual meetings there. More.
